He is Managing Partner – F&B Consulting at KEANE, where he leads F&B strategy and masterplanning for major hospitality, mixed-use and giga-project developments.Previously, Stefan held senior F&B leadership roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, IHG, Hilton and Thistle Hotels, and worked with Burger King and Ernst & Young. At IHG, he led F&B concept development across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, while at Starwood he drove F&B performance, growth and development across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
He also founded TRIBE Restaurant Creators, which developed 250+ restaurant and bar concepts across Europe and the Middle East.
