Ashish is highly skilled at performing financial analysis, troubleshooting operations, and recommending effective cost controls. During his tenure at The Leela, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, the Els Club Dubai, and Al Raha Beach Hotel, he catered to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as team member chef for the joint team of Els Club, Dubai sports city and Sheikh Palace Hospitality Dubai. Ashish has also catered to H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and several media TV shows. He was also a part of the team that created the Limca Book Record of Asia’s Longest Table, along with celebrity Master Chef Adam Sylva.
